Refund policy

If you are unhappy with a product that you have received for any reason you have thirty (30) calendar days from the time your order is delivered to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund you may be asked to return the product in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds will be provided for the cost of your products but not for the original shipping cost. In addition, an $8.95 fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the return label and restocking.

To request a refund send your request to info@flexverk.com from the email that you placed your order with and include your order number.

A return label will be provided for you to ship your items back to us.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.
