Where are you shipping from?

We maintain inventory of our products in the United States just outside of Denver, Colorado. We do not drop ship any of our orders from overseas.

When will my order ship?   

Orders placed before 5PM EST Monday through Thursday will ship same-day. Orders placed Thursday evening through Sunday will be shipped Monday morning. FlexVerk advocates for work-life balance and offices are closed Friday-Sunday to support a 4-day work week. 

How long does shipping take?

Standard US shipping typically takes 3-5 business days

Expedited US shipping typically takes 2-3 business days

International shipping can take a few days to several weeks depending on the service selected. Estimated shipping and tracking will be provided after your order is placed.

Returns

If you are unhappy with a product that you have received for any reason you have thirty (30) calendar days from the time your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return the product must be in the same condition that you received it.

To request a return send your request to info@flexverk.com from the email that you placed your order with and include your order number.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer requesting the return.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.
